Our private solar plant provides renewable electricity, while guests drink and bathe in pure spring water — some of the cleanest in the world. No bottling, no excess, only nature’s clarity.

Neituri is built from long-lasting, high-quality materials that age beautifully.
The architecture follows the landscape, blending into its rhythm rather than dominating it — designed for decades, not seasons.
Land & Privacy – Space that protects
Set within 22 hectares of private forest, Neituri offers space, silence, and balance.
The land is privately owned and managed according to PEFC-certified sustainable forestry standards, ensuring long-term stewardship of both landscape and biodiversity.
Hosting only one group at a time means less impact, deeper presence, and a truly exclusive connection to nature.
Food & Season – From the land, with respect
Our chef draws inspiration from what the forest and local producers provide — game, fish, berries, mushrooms.
Menus follow the rhythm of the seasons, creating flavour in harmony with place and time.
